REGISTRATION:
Option 1:
1. $60.00 Per Month Fee (Either pay first month and draft 2 months or pay for 3 months)
2. Complete YMCA Program Application Form
Option 2:
1. $10.00 Per Practice Fee (Cash, Check or charge)
2. Complete American Water Polo Application
To Coach Gately:
Before getting in the water each year, every player must:
1. Provide a yearly insurance fee check for $50.00 made out to YNS Swimming-Water Polo.
2. Complete American Water Polo Application
